m. Number Format - user preferred number format. The thousand separator is always converted to its number form for example, 1,23456 is translated as “123,456”. “1234.56” - if the number includes the decimal point, the user should not include a thousand separator in the number. Decimals should be correctly placed at all times. The system will round off if more than 2 digit decimal numbers is entered. “-1234.12” - if the number is negative, the negative sign ( - ) should be placed preceding the number. Parenthesis is not an acceptable alternative negative number presentation.
n. Number Scaling - user specified decimal preference applicable only to emission conversion factors and computation of GHGs where values are sometimes extremely small. All numeric fields will display numbers in the scale that the user specifies.
