• Bill Integration Process: a process allowing users to upload emission data by sending billing invoice to our mailbox. Bill must be attached to the email in PDF format.
• Admin Users have the ability to set the settings for Bill Integration Process.
• The process will not run until you save the configuration on this page at least one time.

1. Click Admin > Global Settings > Manage Bill Integration

2. The Bill Integration Page contains the following:

• “Auto Detect Information” Field
• “Target Entity” Field
• “Target Emission Profile Source” Field
• “Include Solar Buyback” Field
• “Target Solar Emission Profile Source” Field

3. The description for each field:

• Auto Detect Information: when checked, the process will autodetect the target entity based on the address on the bill or match NMI number on the bill with the business number of the entity. Please make sure your entity detail has the business number (NMI) and address completed when this is checked.
• Target Entity: Select an entity for emission data.
• Target Emission Profile Source: Select an emission source for emission data.
• Include Solar Buyback: when checked, the process will upload data for Solar Emission Source that you choose next step.
• Target Solar Emission Profile Source: Select an emission source for solar emission data. Show when “Include Solar Buyback” is checked.
• All selection is a required field when it appears.

4. Click “Save”.

5. Now you already enable the Bill integration process. This process will run daily at 5 a.m.

1. Sent email must include bill file as the attachment to kogbill@simble.io.

2. The user is allowed to sent multi-email or multi attachment. Bill file must be a PDF.

3. This process will autorun daily at 5 a.m.

4. Make sure you have already done the previous step (configuration for bill integration).

5. On the following day, go to Emission Data > Manage Emission Data and see the results.
