Manage Bill Integration
Overview
Bill Integration Process: a process allowing users to upload emission data by sending billing invoices to our mailbox. Bill must be attached to the email in PDF or CSV format.
Admin Users have the ability to set the settings for Bill Integration Process.
The process will not run until you save the configuration on this page at least one time.
How To Configuration For Bill Integration
1. Click Admin > Setup > Manage Bill Integration
2. The Bill Integration Page contains the following(mandatory fields are required only):
“Type*” Field
“Organization Name*” Field
“Description” Field
“Target Entity” Field
“Target Emission Profile Source” Field
“Target Solar Emission Profile Source” Field
“Mail Subject Identifier” Field
“Enable” Field
3. The description for each field:
Type: BID | KOGBILL - BID use for integrating BID energy, KOGBILL use for integrating Electricity Bill interact with KOGBILL service.
Enable: Enable/Disable
Organization Name: Name of Organization ( contained in the email subject of BID Energy)
Description: Description
Mail Subject Identifier: BID section - A text that can be contained in the email subject of BID Energy
Target Entity: KOGBILL section- Select an entity for emission data.
Target Emission Profile Source: KOGBILL group - Select an emission source for emission data.
Target Solar Emission Profile Source: KOGBILL group - Select an emission source for solar emission data
4. Click “Save”.
5. Now you already enable the Bill integration process. This process will run daily at 5 a.m.
How To Run Bill Integration
1. Sent email must include bill file as the attachment to energybill@simble.io.
2. The user is allowed to sent multi-email or multi attachment. The bill file must be a PDF or CSV.
3. This process will autorun daily at 5 a.m.
4. Make sure you have already done the previous step (configuration for bill integration).
5. On the following day, go to Emission Data > Manage Emission Data and see the results.
