Scheduled Report
Description
- This feature allows users to schedule a report with a preselected calendar range to be regularly emailed automatically.
Parameters
- Scheduled Report Name: User can type a name for this.
- Report: User can choose one of our standard report and favorite report.
- Report Export Type: User can choose format for report file, include HTML and EXCEL.
- Interval Type: User can choose interval time for next time to send email report.(e.g. today is 14.06.2017)
- 1 week. (e.g. next rune date: 21.06.2017)
- 4 weeks. (e.g. next rune date: 12.07.2017)
- 12 weeks. (e.g. next rune date: 06.09.2017)
- Account: User can choose an account for defining a group of entities for this report.
- Report Period: User can choose the time parameter of the report. Top 10 and average report are fixed with 12 months. Favorite report is used their time parameters.(e.g. today is 14.06.2017)
- 1 Month: use last 1 month from today for time parameter.(e.g. 14.05.2017 → 14.06.2017)
- 3 Months: use last 3 months from today for time parameter.(e.g. 14.03.2017 → 14.06.2017)
- 6 Months: use last 6 months from today for time parameter.(e.g. 14.12.2016 → 14.06.2017)
- 12 Months: use last 12 months from today for time parameter.(e.g. 14.06.2016 → 14.06.2017)
- Assign Recipients: Go to listing table > edit > Assign Recipients. You must assign recipients after create new.
- Account: Users can change account at this page.
- Available Recipients: Listing available users of this organization. Click '>' button to add this user to Assigned Recipients.
- Assigned Recipients: Listing users will be received this report. Click '<' button to remove this user. Please notice that it will send follow by Email of the user, not username of that user.
Features
- Restricted Users can see this feature by Report > Scheduled Report. Restricted Users can not Change Account and Add Recipients.
- Admin Users can see this feature by Admin > Report > Scheduled Report.
- Ability to change Next Run Date by Go to list > Edit > Next Run Date Input. The process will run when the current date is greater or equal to Next Run Date.
- Ability to attach to email the report as an Excel file or Html file that allow the user can print as a PDF. Only use group entities belong to Account.
