Favorite Report

Favorite Report

Description

This is a feature allows the user to configure a report using a standard report and save the configuration for easy reuse.
The favourite report allows users to choose a calendar period that will be used each time, eg previous month.
The favourite report can shared with other users in the same organization.

Parameters

Name: User can type a name for this.

Time Selection: User can choose the time parameter of the report for next Time. Top 10 and average report are available fixed time option and Previous Year option. (e.g. today is 14.06.2017)
- Fixed Time: use fixed time (display on option) for next time exported.
- Previous Calendar Month: use last calendar month for next time exported.(e.g. 01.05.2017 → 31.05.2017)
- Previous Month: use last 1 month from today for next time exported.(e.g. 14.05.2017 → 14.06.2017)
- Previous Quarter: use last 3 months from today for next time exported.(e.g. 14.03.2017 → 14.06.2017)
- Previous Year: use last 1 year from today for next time exported.(e.g. 14.06.2016 → 14.06.2017)
  - For Top 10 report, This option is previous year calendar for report year parameters. (e.g. 2016)

Share in organization: Enable user to share this report for the others that same organization.

Others Report Parameters: It will save the configuration of the standard report and use for next time.

Features

Ability to save the configuration, then use with recent time or fix time in the next time used.

Ability to share this report for the user in the same organization.

Ability to export the report as a CSV file or print as a PDF.

Ability to be scheduled on a regular basis to be emailed to users. Admin Users can set this up in the Admin > Reports > Scheduled Reports menu.
