Moving Average Report

This report is a line graph which displays the overall data trend against than the month-to-month totals for a 12 month period.

The Moving Average line is calculated by totaling the previous 12 months pro-rated data divided by 12. e.g. the value for April 2015 is calculated by summing the totals from May 2014 - April 2015 and dividing by 12.

All data values have been pro-rated based on the report period.

EndDate: User to select the report's end date (e.g. 30 June 2015). As the report only shows 12 months, a start date is no required.

CO2-e (t) or Usage: User to select if they want results displayed in Carbon Emissions (t CO2-e) or Consumption Usage (e.g. Litres, Kilowatt Hours). If selecting Usage, User must be careful in which emission sources they select (should only select those with the same unit of measure).

Interval: User to select if they want points displayed as quarterly totals or monthly totals.

Entity: Defaults to All Entities selected. User can click on “Change entities” and unselect/select multiple business units/entities by expanding the hierarchy. Entities are selected if they are bolded.

Emission Sources: Defaults to All Emission Sources selected. User can click on “Change emission sources” and unselect/select emission sources by expanding the hierarchy. Emission sources are selected if they are bolded.

Restricted Users will only be able to see data for the entities that they have access to. Entities that are not available to the restricted user are greyed out in the Entities dropdown, however the user can still navigate through the hierarchy to select the entities they do have access to.

Ability to export the report as a CSV file or print as a PDF. Report also available as PNG, JPEG or SVG.

Ability to be scheduled on a regular basis to be emailed to users. Admin Users can set this up in the Admin > Reports > Scheduled Reports menu.
