====== Top 10 Contributors Report ====== ==== Description ==== * This report is similar to the Top 10 Entities and Top 10 Emission Sources graphs. It is a bar graph that shows the Top 10 Contributors. * This report is only useful if data is entered with a Bill/Invoice (or "Contributor") description. e.g. Some organisations choose to enter all of their air travel data and put the flight path (e.g. SYD-MEL) in the Bill/Invoice field. This report will then display the top 10 flight paths travelled for them. * This report will displays data as a stacked bar graph and allows the user to present results by entity, metric (emission source), emission profile group or entity-business-number. * Only 1 year of data is displayed at a time, this can be either a Calendar Year or Financial Year. * Values can be displayed in either Usage or Emissions (t CO2-e) * All data values have been pro-rated based on the report period. ==== Parameters ==== * Year: User to select the year that data is to be displayed for (e.g. 2015) * Report Year Type: User to select from 3 options: * a) Calendar Year (1 Jan - 31 Dec) * b) Financial Year ending March (1 Apr - 31 Mar) * c) Financial Year ending June (1 Jul - 30 Jun) * Group By: User to select from 4 options: * a) Entity: This will display the total for each entity stacked within each column. * b) Metric (Emission Source): This will display the total for each emission source stacked within each column. * c) Entity Business Number: Useful if the organisation has grouped Entities by Business Number. e.g. each Entity has been assigned a Business Number/Description such as "Aquatic Centre", "Warehouse", "Commercial Business Unit". If so, this allows each column to be stacked by these descriptions rather than by the individual entity name. * d) Emission Profile Group: Useful if the organisation has grouped Emission Sources into Emission Profile Groups. For example, an organisation may have grouped individual transport fuels into a "Transport Fuels" group, which will then all all data for transport fuels to be displayed as a single stack. * CO2-e (t) or Usage: User to select if they want results displayed in Carbon Emissions (t CO2-e) or Consumption Usage (e.g. Litres, Kilowatt Hours). If selecting Usage, User must be careful in which emission sources they select (should only select those with the same unit of measure). * Entity: Defaults to All Entities selected. User can click on "Change entities" and deselect/select multiple business units/entities by expanding the hierarchy. Entities are selected if they are **bolded**. * Emission Sources: Defaults to All Emission Sources selected. User can click on "Change emission sources" and deselect/select emission sources by expanding the hierarchy. Emission sources are selected if they are **bolded**. Tip: Make sure that the selections in both Scope & Emission Source are in alignment. ==== Features ==== * Restricted Users will only be able to see data for the entities that they have access to. Entities that are not available to the restricted user are greyed out in the Entities dropdown, however the user can still navigate through the hierarchy to select the entities they do have access to. * Ability to export the report as a CSV file or print as a PDF. Also available in PNG, JPEG and SVG files. * Ability to be scheduled on a regular basis to be emailed to users. Admin Users can set this up in the Admin > Reports > Scheduled Rep
